Cancellation Policy for Tour Programs

✅ Before 60 days: Free cancellation
✅ Before 1 month: 20% of the rate
✅ Before 14 days: 30% of the rate
✅ Less than 7 days or cancellation without prior notice: 50% of the rate
✅ After arrival in Bhutan: 100% of the rate

Cancellation Policy for Druk Air Flight Tickets

✅ More than 50 days prior to arrival: 100% refund
✅ Between 30-45 days prior to arrival: 50% refund
✅ Within 30 days of arrival: No refund
✅ Administration fee: $25 per ticket for all cancellations
✅ Name change fee: $25 per ticket
✅ Rescheduling: Permitted, but tickets become non-refundable and non-reroutable after rescheduling

Note: There is no charge for delays in arrival and departure due to weather conditions or road blocks. However, guests must bear the cost of food, accommodation, transportation, and other services required.
